We kicked off the festive season with a weekend break in beautiful Bruges visiting the stunning confectionery emporium Aux Merveilleux de Fred. What is a merveilleux?? Light and crunchy meringue filled and covered with cream and finished with a topping of chocolate, praline, etc. Pure delicious and I am feeling inspired to get stuck into some festive baking!
