I can hardly believe that it has been two years since I put on my branded apron, posted for the first time (ever!) on social media, and started teaching classes.

After the Covid restrictions in 2021, the past year provided the opportunity to welcome bakers from all over England and abroad and really get stuck into teaching classes.

Two highlights of the last year were appearing as the featured business on BBC’s ‘Escape to the Country’ in March and presenting again in the Cookery Demo Theatre at The Moreton Show in September.

Looking forward to another fantastic year of baking fun!
