I am continuing my theme of sharing a bake from a favourite baking book. Today’s is 100 Cookies by Sarah Kieffer and I made her delicious Neapolitan Cookies. These are SO FUN to make and would make a great summer baking project with kids.

Sarah’s recipes are straightforward, easy to follow, and all look incredibly delicious. There are chapters on classic cookies, brownies & blondies, and more challenging baking projects.

I highly recommend this book, there are some great recipes, beautiful photos, and lots of baking inspiration. Sarah also shares recipes on The Vanilla Bean Blog.
