It was a fabulous late summer’s day and the Food and Drink Theatre was bigger and better than ever this year. We had a fantastic stage kitchen and a power-packed line-up of chef demos including my famous macarons. Local BBC radio presenter and journalist Vernon Harwood was on hand to compère the proceedings.

It was wonderful to be a part of it all again and to see so many people out and about enjoying the show and stopping by the Food and Drink Theatre.
