The all-new Italian baking class was a fun success on Sunday afternoon. The busy bakers left laden with ciabatta, chewy amaretti biscuits, and decadent cannoli filled with fresh ricotta fillings.

Mum and daughter Maricela and Katherine (all the way from California!) celebrated their summer trip to the U.K. with a bit of baking.

I always strive to learn from the absolute best in the business so it is a real treat be baking bread with Richard Bertinet all this week!

Corporate colleagues from around the world joined together for a Platinum Jubilee Zoom baking celebration with me last week.
