Natas Heaven in Lisbon! Wow – what a day – finally got to meet Chef Joao Batahla at his family bakery Pastelaria Batahla to learn his top tips for making authentic Portuguese pastel de nata.

The sun finally made a glorious appearance and we had a fabulous late summer’s day for the show. The Food and Drink Theatre was bigger and better this year with a fantastic line up of local chefs and producers.
